Why You Should Add Green Tea To Your Diet

I love me some GREEN. I love GREEN MONEY, GREEN CLOVERS (ST PATRICKS DAY MY BIRTHDAY) GREEN NAILS, THE HEART CHAKRA, GREEN VEGGIES (I AM NEW VEGETARIAN) And most importantly GREEN TEA. I believe everyone should include GREEN TEA in their diet. No I’m not a Nutritionist but I am speaking from my own experience. So as Philanthropist at heart I’m going to share a few healthy facts on my GREEN TEA buddy.

The taste is very soothing and good treatment for our gut health. I’m sure your SOLAR PLEXUS WILL SPIN HAPPILY. In biological sense, Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves and is one of the less processed types of tea. It therefore contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols. Research states the compounds in Green Tea can prevent human dysfunctions such as cancer, strokes, diabetes and even improve your cardiovascular system. What I find interesting is it’s link to weight loss.

Green tea can help in weight loss by boosting the body metabolism. As we get older our metabolism does slow down and we have manually put in work to get it back running. The catechin found in this tea can reduce the levels of abdominal fat. I encourage you to drink 2-3 cups a day to improve your overall health. You can drink a glass right before you work out to help burn some excess fat right before an aerobic exercise.
