Over the years I have been battling with weight loss and staying in shape. If I tell you how many times I started and gave up, you will laugh. It has been countless times. However, over a matter of one year back in 2015 I manage to lose over 100lbs. At one point in my life I just completely let myself go. I got to comfortable with my weight. I was over eating like crazy. Eating three ice cream sandwiches back to back and starchy foods were my fav. Garlic Bread, Pasta, Potatoes you name it it was in my stomach. It’s as if your girl loss complete control. It was insane. FOOD BECAME MY ENEMY.
So I was at a BIG 250lbs and it was out of the ordinary for me. I was always slim my entire life until then. I actually didn’t realize I gained so much weight until I went shopping at one of my favorite stores Ross and tried to fit a size 9 pants. I couldn’t get it pass my thick thighs. I began to cry to myself I mean l literally swallowed my salty fat girl tears. Please believe I was even wearing a size 18 pants. I told myself CHANGE HAS TO COME. So I decided to get into the realm of my fitness journey in 2015 and I began researching various types of diets and work out strategies that I can do to get that IDEAL BODY. With force and encouragement from my circle I was able to defeat my overweight habits. Then overtime I met my goals and I felt there was no more need to be this FIT PERSON.
Currently in 2018-2019 I got comfortable once again I met my husband and I was like hey I will be fine who am I really trying to look good for. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG. My higher self slap me back to reality I started back eating unhealthy snacks going out to eat and even ordering uber eats everyday and guess what I started gaining back my weight. So here I am now wanting to make a big impact on myself once again. In addition, this time I want to help others in the same race with more force and more effort. I created my 60 DAY CHALLENGE “THICKNESS TO FITNESS CHALLENGE.
In the past I did this and I have proof that it works. It consists of daily work outs geared towards improving your unique physique and ultimately get you to to your fitness goals. There will also be a strict customized diet on consuming healthier foods. I will also offer future blog posts on fitness topics for those individuals that need serious help.
