ASHANTI SHOW GETS CANCELED AFTER SELLING ONLY 24 TICKETS

I know y’all remember those tracks “Foolish” “Rain On Me” “Baby” plus more hits by The legendary R&B  artist Ashanti. Things are not looking so hot for the Star Diva right now with the lack of record sales and streams taking over. Sources state the Doll Face Icon Ashanti was states to perform at Stony Brook University’s Back To Brook event later this month, but her show got shot down. According to Bossip, the show was canceled after selling only 24 tickets. A statement from The school can be seen below:

"As an organization, we do our best to host programs for students while providing diversity and inclusion. However, we have struggled to execute certain aspects. With only a week before the concert, only 24 tickets were sold to students."

Teyana Taylor was suppose be headlined but she pulled out and Ashanti was set to take lead. To be fair, the event was initially. To only have 24 tickets sold for this Major Hitmaker just seems so unreal. It is evident that The event was never properly promoted and last minute changes took place  leading  to the horrendous sales. Being that this was a college, We already know the generation (MUMBLE RAP IDIOTIC LOVERS) is unfamiliar with her music. Add that to the fact most young college kids aged 18-22 Currently, Ashanti is working on a joint album with frequent collaborator, Ja Rule. I hope the talented Miss Ashanti will get through this rift and make her wave back into the industry.
